In the menu on the left side of the screen, click on the desired "View" heading to expand the menu. Then select a category or a country/organization in the lists provided. The lists of documents appear in the main screen. Click on the links in the Download column(s) to view a document. Some documents are available in more than one language.

When you open a document, it will appear in a new browser window. Close the window before selecting another document to view. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader(tm) installed on your computer in order to view documents. If you do not have this software, you may install a free version from the Adobe website (click here). If you are using the CD ROM, you may also install Acrobat Reader by selecting Start>Run>Browse>(select your cd drive) then double click on ar405eng.exe.

Note: while this library was primarily designed for use with Microsoft's Internet Explorer web browser, it will also run in other browsers including Netscape Navigator or Firefox Communicator.
